Elevating your outdoor spaces

We design and build fencing that complements your home and landscape

Boundary Fencing

Boundary fencing clearly defines your property while improving privacy and security. It is built to suit sloping Longueville blocks, sandstone outcrops and established gardens, delivering a durable and consistent finish.

Picket Fencing

Picket fencing is a classic front boundary option that suits the traditional family homes found throughout Longueville. It enhances street appeal while maintaining an open, welcoming character at the front.

Timber Fencing

Timber fencing offers a warm, natural finish that blends beautifully with Longueville's bushland and leafy surroundings. It is well suited to backyards, side boundaries and entertaining areas around the home.

Aluminium Fencing

Aluminium fencing is a durable, low-maintenance option with a clean, modern and refined appearance. It is ideal for front boundaries, pool surrounds and riverfront homes exposed to moisture and weather.

Composite Fencing

Composite fencing combines the appearance of timber with stronger resistance to moisture, weather and fading. It is a long-lasting choice for busy homeowners who want minimal maintenance over the years.

Privacy Fencing

Privacy fencing creates secluded outdoor spaces by reducing visibility from neighbouring homes and the street. It is ideal for backyards, pool areas and sloping blocks overlooked from higher ground nearby.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What fencing options are available in Longueville?

We install a full range of fencing styles across Longueville, including boundary fencing, picket fencing, timber fencing, aluminium fencing, composite fencing and privacy fencing. Each option is designed to suit different property layouts, privacy requirements and home styles, from front boundary fencing through to complete backyard solutions.

Our team also provides fencing services across nearby North Shore areas, including Lane Cove, Chatswood, Artarmon and Roseville, helping homeowners find fencing solutions suited to their properties and local surroundings.

Is council approval required before installing a fence?

Longueville is located within the Lane Cove Council area, and fencing projects must comply with the relevant local council requirements.

In many cases, standard residential fencing may not require approval if it meets the applicable height and boundary requirements. However, requirements can vary depending on the property location, fence design and height, and waterfront properties may be subject to additional foreshore controls.

The Willow Wood Projects team has experience delivering fencing projects across Sydney's North Shore and can provide practical guidance based on your property and fencing plans.

Can you install fencing on sloping properties?

Yes. Many Longueville properties sit on steep or uneven land running down towards the river. We use suitable construction methods, including stepped and raked designs, to achieve a strong structure and a neat, consistent appearance.

What fencing requires the least maintenance?

Aluminium and composite fencing are generally the easiest options to maintain, as they resist weathering, moisture and deterioration. Timber fencing needs more ongoing care, but it remains a popular choice for homeowners who prefer a natural look that blends with gardens and bushland.

Yes. We create customised fencing solutions based on your home's architecture, landscaping and practical requirements. Whether you need a traditional front fence, private backyard fencing or a modern boundary solution, our team can help design a fence that complements your property.
